I recently visited Hays Travel in Ashbourne as a walk-in customer, and I was helped by Charlotte. I was a bit late getting everything sorted before my trip, including my dollars, travel money, insurance, and the app, but Charlotte was absolutely fantastic from start to finish.

Nothing was too much trouble, and she made everything feel easy and stress-free. She helped me sort my money, explained everything clearly, and even helped me download and set up the app.

The staff at Hays Travel in Ashbourne were all lovely, friendly, and helpful, but Charlotte really stood out. I would highly recommend going to see her if you need any help with travel money, insurance, or anything holiday-related.

I’ll definitely be going back to Charlotte and Hays Travel in Ashbourne again. Excellent service.

Really good experience very polite, helpful and could'nt be better.

As always I wouldn't go anywhere else to book my holiday. Charlotte and the crew know what we like. This time was totally lost as to where to go after our holiday plans had changed last minute. Charlotte sat with us for over an hour very patiently looking and searching to come up with the perfect place. I was so relieved to get it sorted. This is why wr come back year after year! I was looking for my first cruise, and Joanne at Hays, Ashbourne, was so very helpful. I wanted a short cruise to Norway, and although we couldn’t find one to suit for 2026, we found an identical one for 2027. As a partially disabled passenger, I was naturally concerned about coping with a Rollater, but my fears were dispelled, and assured I would be well looked after. Thank you to Joanne.

All the staff are friendly and welcoming, I just have a good rapport with Jo, so go to her for my holiday bookings. Nothing is too much effort for them. It’s a great experience booking a holiday, doesn’t feel forced. I’m going to use Hays for every holiday.

Very friendly and helpful staff, and did us an upgrade so my daughter with learning disabilities good be in a cabin opposite us at no extra cost to our selves. The service was very good and the booking process was very easy.
