Hays Travel - Ashford Reviews 

We had been looking at the internet for three days trying to make up our minds but there is so much information we thought we would phone Hays Travel at Ashford and spoke to Isabel.
She invited us along for a chat and we made an appointment. Best thing we have done!!
She was knowledgeable, probed for all our wishes for a holiday and came up with a deal that we accepted there and then. She was not only helpful but pleasant and printed out all our documents (even our boarding passes out and back!!).

A great service so thank you Isabel and Hays travel for making life so much easier!!

Just went into my local Hays Travel in Ashford Kent, Ready to give them my money for a holiday , member of staff was more interested in the window display than selling me a holiday, other girl was sorting her make up, Gave the lady the hotel and date i wanted and no eye contact, no interest etc.

All staff very polite, helpful and knowledgeable, making several helpful tips on how to improve our holiday experience.

It was very easy to book. They were very helpful. always go to the store or phone them in Ashford.

Another trip booked. Sanem handled everything with care and made sure the details were right for us. We already have more plans lined up for next year and each booking so far has been reassuring.

Our experience with Sandra at hays was very enjoyable,Sandra made booking our bucket list holidays very very easy as she took all the stress out of it,lovely people especially Sandra,but we couldn’t imagine the rest of the staff would be any different xxx

As usual, Hollie was brilliant! We found a fantastic deal for the family. Genuinely feels like it's about getting the most for the client, not the holiday company.

I find it's so easy to come into the shop &your staff to help they answered question I asked I went on a cruise last year & I did this myself which was hard

When entering the branch the member off staff was not very welcoming almost it was to much to help us

The last few holidays that we have booked we have asked for Isabel ( Ashford Branch ) She is very competent , patient and informative. She works hard to get a holiday that suits all our requirementsand is very pleasant to deal with . We a have confidence that she will do the best for us whether its a small or large request . She also answers promptly if we have a query .

Sandra was so knowledgeable about different options she was wonderful and no one can beat those prices. I know because I checked. She also went above and beyond.

Approachable, efficient, staff. Answered all questions and promptly printed out all information required also contacted me to arrange a suitable day to exchange currency.
All holiday information was email and paper.

Sandra at Ashford branch was very polite and did everything that needed to be done 10/10.

Sandra was really welcoming, friendly and efficient. We usually book with Easyjet but she found us the same holiday for less with Tui and she also arranged for us to fly to a closer airport. She went above and beyond to help us, thanks Sandra.

So nice to have a lovely girl book our holiday for us. Ive always done it myself and always worried if I hadn't done it wrong.
