Made too feel welcome and important hollie went above and beyond too help me find just what I wanted

This is the 2nd time we have booked a holiday with hayes travel, and I must express how delighted we where with the the help we where given to choose a holiday ideal and suitable for us. The help we had been given by Sandra was above and beyond expectation. Going forward I will certainly be back

Always book with Hays Travel in Ashford, All staff very helpful nothing is to much trouble for them, always welcomed with a smile.

I was greeted with a warm friendly smile and listened to as to what I wanted and booked straight away on what was found, I was extremely happy with the service

Our agent, Isabel, was thoroughly professional, has great attention to detail, was always willing to listen and try hard to get the flight options and hotels etc we were looking for and was friendly and a charming person to deal with.
We had gone to book low cost domestic flights and were chatting to each other about our plans for a trip to Australia - whilst she booked our domestic flights - and she listened and proactively asked if we’d be happy for her to put an itinerary together. Top marks to her. Highly recommend working with her.

I came in one day and spoke to Hollie. She gave me all the information and we came back the next day to book our cruise and was helped by Demi.I could have booked it online but being in front of a person who knew what she was doing made the process so much easier.

Demi was very efficient, friendly, patient and helpful. She made booking our short break away stress free and pleasurable. I cannot praise the whole experience enough.

Experience was okay, but we had phoned the shop prior to visiting to find out more about the holiday that we had seen and the lady I spoke to was very helpful. When we visited the shop tye same day, the lady was running through the holiday that we had seen advertised in the window and came out with a different price. I said but it says a different price in the window and she just said yes the prices change all the time and now its gone up. I did think what is the point of putting them there or add on the advert prices subject to change. On the phone the lady told us that our tra sfers where inuded but when we got there we had to pay extra. I told the lady we had spoke to so.eone in the shop before coming and she just did not seem interested and didn't even ask anyone and there was only 3 other ladies working. We ended up paying just over £400 more than it was advertised in the end.

The travel agent was very helpfull. Polite and smiley. She helped us all the way.

From the moment we stepped through the door we were looked after, listened to and given a number of options for the type of holiday we were looking for. We received follow up calls and help with travel insurance.

Hollie was extremely helpful and gave us every bit of information we could need.
She was warm and friendly and made booking an amazing holiday even better.

Sandra was very helpful and went into great detail to explain in a comfortable way.

Welcoming friendly and problem solving

The staff at Ashford are the best. All so friendly and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble, they are amazing.

Having left a travel agents elsewhere in the town centre feeling disheartened and as if our requirements were too much like hard work, we were greeted in Hayes by the wonderful Demi! She was friendly and helpful throughout. Our holiday booking wasn’t the easiest, 10 adults, 1 child, 5 rooms with the oldest traveller 70, and the youngest 15, however Demi was more than up to the challenge finding us the perfect hotel to suit all of our needs. Her communication was clear and concise and she followed everything up with an email very quickly. I would not hesitate to recommend her.

Friendly and helpful advice tailored to our needs. We were guided through the options and prices with patience and skill. We had not full decided on our holiday priorities but we were given all the time and information we needed to make the right choice.
