Booked a 2 week trip to Thailand next year.. MIA who dealt with the booking was absolutely spot on. After offering us a package, she was great in finding hotels that we was originally looking for.

Great experience
We were undecided where to go for our first holiday abroad with our 4 year old. Izzy was very patient and looked at all of our suggestions, looking for the best price and for different days of travel to see what difference to the cost this would make. We eventually decided on Disneyland Paris. Izzy was super knowledgeable and gave recommendations as to where we should book to have our meals. Overall our experience was great and we will definitely be using Hays travel in the future.
