Very helpful staff, especially Aleisha who dealt with our booking at the Aylesbury branch, who was more than happy to take all the time in the world to help select our destination and accommodation. I would like to have more clarity about travel insurance. The list what you can and you can't receive is so long and vague. That way, although the offer was very good I can give higher rate.
PS:I am very grateful for the attention and the knowledge of the agent of Hays Travel .
I would prefer Insurance policy to be more easy understanding.

Very helpful member of staff that did his best to get a hotel for us that was close to where some of our relatives will be staying. Unfortunately Hayes doesn't deal with any that were nearby. Flight's sorted as well as transfers which saved a lot of worry.
