The experience was exceptional. Tegan and Theo,went above and beyond to make sure we got what we wanted. Everything was explained in simple terms, so you understood everthing. They explained about what you need, and what Hays travel provide, ie travel insurances, and payment cards. Well done Hays Travel, well recommended.

Customer service at its best
The staff were fantastic. Jess found us everything we asked for despite needing specialist transfers to and from an Italian village in the mountains. Theo made the actual booking really easy. Nothing was too much trouble for either of them. Thank you
