I went to Hays in Aylsham to book some holidays we had a warm friendly greeting and were offered a drink. We were served by Darcy she was fantastic from start to finish nothing was too much trouble. We ummed and ahhed quite a lot trying to choose a hotel in Amsterdam eventually settled on one. Then we booked a holiday for next year. We had no idea of where we wanted to go and sent her around the world in pursuit of our ideal holiday. She was very patient with us and we felt that she really had our best interest at heart. We also spoke with Ellie she was lovely too. I never spent so much money and enjoyed it as much as thank you to all of you at Hays

My husband and I went to our local Hayes in Aylsham to book a short break in Amsterdam in October. The lady who served us (Darcey ) went above and beyond to find something we would both love ❤️ the staff made us cups of tea while we browsed and nothing was too much trouble!!
Once we had found our perfect break we asked advice on a exotic holiday for 2027 weeks came away with a holiday booked in 2027 in the Maldives 🇲🇻 another lovely lady ( Ele ) came and chatted with us and the whole experience was simply 1st class!!

There’s doing a job and then there’s…
There’s doing a job and then there’s doing a job with care , thought and carefully listening to what a customer is wanting and then …. there’s taking the job to another level and taking it home or staying way way beyond closing time to tie up a few very important loose ends so I was able to secure the exact holiday, flight, seats and accommodation I was after.
It’s all too easy to buy ‘online’ today but a holiday booked in advance takes planning and doing that with a company and individual committed to delivering makes the process so much more pleasurable.
Thank you Jo for your patience, time , work ethic and commitment to go way beyond expected. I’ll not wish my time away but now have a special family holiday to look forward to later this year .
