Ist class service
From the moment we entered the Bloomfield Branch we were made to feel welcome by Claire. She made the process of booking our cruise straight forward and made sure that we received our paperwork and email confirmation. We had to go back the next day as we decided on a couple of upgrades. She sorted this out fairly quickly and we received the upgrades by email fairly quickly.
