The lady was helpful, supportive as wel aa understanding.
I realised that the company, was originally called Hays and there was one in Wokingham many years ago.
She printed information and gave me the literature, of which was of great help as I do get a tad nervous as I haven't booked myself a holiday for a good few years

So far so good! Mike was very thorough in looking for the right holiday we were after. We were with him for about an hour and settled on a holiday in Madeira which we booked. Very happy with his friendliness and knowledge.
