Excellent service from Milly
Milly was excellent. She was extremely patient considering we requested so many different options of dates, companies and add on extensions. She documented all her conversations with the travel people well, so she could advise us either while she was on the call or after. Considering we weren’t planning on booking that day, she was just the right amount of encouragement to persuade us places we’re going fast and we should book it, which we did. Our only observation was that there were not enough staff available for the amount of customers, some people didn’t wait, so possible lost business.

I was greeted by a very warm and welcoming Milly. She was very friendly and knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. We got a great deal on a trip to Poland next year and can't wait. Will be recommending Hays to everyone I know

Holly gave us lots of suggestions and helped us narrow down our holiday search. She kept us up to date via email and telephone.
Holly was unavailable on the day we came into the branch to book our holiday, so we were looked after by the Manager. She was very patient with us and had a fabulous knowledge, which helped us choose the perfect holiday.
