Rachel was very helpful in getting us the best deal and dates for our trip to Disney Land Paris for our holiday next year. She worked out the best dates to go out and come back . As always the staff are excellent and look after you well. Jackie dealt with us this time and did a great job sorting our holiday to Sicily next year. We dealt with Rachael earlier in the year who sorted out our Danube cruise with Viking. Can’t recommend that holiday enough, amazing. Hays are an excellent company to deal with.

The service we received from Hays…
The service we received from Hays Travel was outstanding. There was 4 of us travelling and they looked on every travel website to see if they could get a better quote. They matched what I had found online.
We wanted private transport and that was arranged. They phoned the travel agent to let them know that we also needed assistance for 2 travellers which was also arranged. Also our seats were booked for us too. Was told to come back on the Monday to get our boarding passes printed off which makes it so much easier. I was only expecting our boarding passes for journey over but also had our return boarding passes printed off as well.
Everything was done efficiently and really felt at ease with every aspect of the booking.
Will definitely go back to Hays Travel to book my next holiday.
Thankyou for making the experience of booking a holiday enjoyable when sometimes it can be so stressful.
