Sophie the membr of staff who did my booking was very helpful,on all aspects of the booking. A very relaxing experience as usual when booking with Hays if Berwick. All staff are really helpful,always.

As always, Becky was friendly, well-informed and efficient. My flights were sorted out very quickly, as was my car hire. This is why Hays is always my first stop for travel queries.

On my first and second visit I spoke with Sophie. Very friendly, polite, helpful and efficient. Also kept in touch by email but not pushy. The third visit, I asked for Sophie but Sophie wasn’t in, we booked with Tamara. Nice girl, not as warm as Sophie but not rude and most efficient. Tamara gave us some advice from her own experiences and knowledge of the place we have booked.

Summer booked our trip. She was fabulous. Summer couldn’t do enough to get me and my husband a lovely little trip away. She went above and beyond. Feel very comfortable coming into Berwick hays travel all the girls are so friendly and a lovely atmosphere. Will definitely book again.

It was just a lovely experience had a great laugh with all the staff, as I tried to confirm things with my wife over the phone in the office.

The staff member Becky listened to everything that was important for my requirements. Really tried and achieved all that made it a holiday that ticked all the boxes for us.

We booked a second holiday. Shaunie has been most helpful in getting us the perfect holiday again. All the staff are so pleasant. We use the money service in the branch too and staff made it all so easy.

The receptionist/agent was excellent and covered all options so quickly and efficiently.

Called it to get information on a last minute trip, staff could have not been any more helpful and made all the arrangements for the trip. Very helpful and friendly.
