I went to Hays Travel Bexleyheath branch. I asked for & met with Franqui, she had booked my previous holiday to Benidorm. This time, I wanted to book a hotel/holiday in Madeira to Pestana Ocean Park All Inclusive Hotel. The whole booking experience with Franqui was excellent. Friendly & welcoming service
I found Claire was extremely helpful & very welcoming. I'd been in previously to make enquiries as I knew which cruise & dates I wanted to book, but wasn't in a position to commit then. Claire explained my options clearly and also made suggestions so I was able to make the best choices and booked on the spot.

Very efficient, professional and friendly service. Sophie dealt with my booking, she had prior knowledge of the resorts I was looking at. Plus, she gave her honest opinion on those she had heard about, rather than experienced. She made it easy for me to make a decision and I booked there and then. Fantastic, I can't wait for my holiday.

The staff are very welcoming, friendly and extremely patient and helpful. Nothing seemed too much trouble. They helped us find the ideal accommodation for our needs on a good resort. They were very professional and knowledgeable. Would book again through this company.
