We were met by a lovely girl called Amy, she listened to everything we wanted included in our holiday and delivered within budget. She entertained our little boy too with an interactive screen keeping him busy whilst we looked at what she had found for us. We can’t wait for our holiday to come and are counting the days down already! Thank you Amy we will be back.

I found the agent very friendly and helpful and made the experience very pleasant. I had to phone the next day and spoke to a different agent who was also helpful and friendly. I would use Hays Travel again in the future. The agents that I dealt with were Clare and Franquie
