Just back from a wonderful snorkelling holiday in Sharm-El-Sheik organised by the lovely Hannah at Hays Travel in Biggleswade. The hotel, grounds and snorkelling were all stunning and everything went without a hitch! Thank you Hays and a big thank you to Hannah!

Time and to be listened to
We visited Hays in biggleswade after a telephone call. Jackie sorted out our cruise over the phone but being OAP's we were confused as to what to do next.
Jackie sat us down and sorted everything out for us. She got us the best deal she could and we left the office completely satisfied.
We will be using Hays travel in Biggleswade for all our future holidays. Thankyou Jackie.

Budapest package
The personnel we spoke to were pleasant, helpful and efficient. Kieran helped initially, finding a reasonable four night trip for two septagenarians to Budapest. The second agent helped us with finer details and booked us in on EasyJet. All in all a very good experience.

My husband and I were seen straight away by a very friendly helpful member of staff.
She found us the perfect central hotel to stay in and also sorted out our flights and baggage.
