What made this experience great was the staff at hays birkenhead being so friendly and approachable. The company has a welcoming feel and staff are always on hand to help. Sarah was very supportive and swift in assisting us to book our holiday. We have recently had quite a poor experience with a fellow branch so this encounter was refreshing.
