Molly was an apprentice but she double checked everything with the manager even making sure we got our holiday the same price as what we'd been quoted online that morning. She even tried to see if there was any extra discount she could get for us. We went in knowing where and when we wanted to go and everything was booked quickly and smoothly - any questions we had were answered fully.
