Booking was easy!
Olivia was very helpful with our questions and nothing was too much trouble. All the Hays staff I have spoken too are like that. We had a complicated booking needing an accessible cabin, a family room and single. She sorted it out really well. Big thank you Olivia.

I popped in to hook a day trip to Edinburgh Xmas markets. Jess was the only assistant available as all others were busy. She immediately greeted me and within 10/15 minutes I was all booked and on my way out with a short breaks brochure which she gave me just in case I would like to book anything else.

We booked a cruise for 2028 with a lady…
We booked a cruise for 2028 with a lady called Jess. Its for a group of 8 of us so we all had different and plenty of questions. She answered each and every one with brilliant knowledge. She was very helpful a credit to the Hays company.
Booking was very easy.

Jess was brilliant! She was calm and answered all questions thoroughly. She got us a great deal and took all the stress out of booking. Especially printing out all relevant paperwork. Thank you. I will be back if I decide to travel abroad again!
