Hannah saved us a bundle of cash..!
We popped in and saw Hannah to discuss a cruise we had already booked while onboard a previous cruise. It became clear that if we cancelled our existing booking (forfeiting our already paid £100 deposit) and then rebooked the same cruise we would be better off. We agreed and Hannah sorted everything for us. She even managed to rebook exactly the same cabin.! She effectively saved us around £900 for the same cruise, same itinerary, same ship, and even the same cabin..!! Potatoes all round😄👍🏼

If you are asking me to make comment on how to improve things my answer would be "you cannot improve on perfection" Any time I hear of someone wanting to book a cruise I say "go to Hays Travel, they sort everything out for you"
