Excellent Service
Both Carole and Jacob,we're really helpful,we hadn't quite made our minds up on exactly where we wanted to stay, but were given so much help which enabled us to come to a decision.
They were both so friendly and created a wonderful atmosphere, it was like being served by friends.

FIRST TIME CRUISERS
The staff at Hays were freindly, welcoming and extremely professional. The new deputy manager in Bishop's Waltham made us feel relaxed and shared her experiences of causing.
