Hays Travel - Bitterne Reviews 

This is the second time I have booked our holiday through Hayes Travel, Bitterne branch. Each time Margaret, the manager, has dealt with all my needs, explaining everything fully. I cannot fault this Travel Company.

I use Hayes Travel in bitterne. I rang Margaret. And she spent a great deal of time sorting out my Holiday for me. I used there last year for a big family Holiday you did a great job. And this year she has sorted me out Holiday. Quite different from last year. And I’m looking forward to very much.

All 3 members of staff were really friendly and helpful.
Savannah is very knowledgeable, and has helped me previously in Hays, Above bar, Southampton. She is also good at tech, as certain things have now to be done on our phones, which I don’t always find easy.
We were also given a mug of tea, which was very nice and biscuits.

We was booking a cruise, very helpful with cabin location. The first cabin i looked at was below the bar on lido deck. Decided it might
Be to noisey advised to move down a deck which we was happy to do.
The travel agent explained things for the ship as we have never travelled on a different cruise line before.
