Staff competence and willing ness to help. Excellent leadership of the team a well oiled machine.
Level of understanding of what is available and how to maximise Value for the customer. Eg go from airport x not y and save z £s and have extra day.This creates a high level of trust promoting loyalty to the Hayes Brand . Happy to tell friends to go there.
