Absolute crass incompetence
Absolute crass incompetence, just about everything that could have been booked incorrectly was! Don’t look for compensation- it’s not their thing 😡
Interesting that The Sun has recently reviewed Hays and agrees that the company is notorious for compensating for their errors. Don’t use them would be my advice
