From our 1st contract anna-jo was amazing. I had spoken to diffent holiday companies and they were useless. Anna-jo looked into all my requests and ideas, extreamly efficiently. She was emailing and calling me with very detailed info from what we had requested. Even now after we have booked shes still looking into our queries and add ons. Anna- jo has made our dream honeymoon into a reality. Would definitely recommend. Thank You

I walked in and went straight to brochures , after a couple of minutes I was greeted with a smiling young lady asking if she could help me ? . We sat down together and she asked me what I was looking for in my holiday “what was important to me “ . What I really liked was she wrote down notes whilst talking . We discussed various dates packages etc and I said I would think about it . Anna-Jo kept me informed via e-mail . When I decided to book we discussed dates and what I found really brilliant was she remembered the specific date I initially wanted but was too expensive she said , let’s check that date ! .

Overall , excellent customer service from Anna-Jo , I loved her patience and non pushy attitude .

We have booked with hays travel bradford for the last 5 years and always find them really helpful.

I first spoke with Lyndsey and explained what I was looking for and she came back with some options. She did this several times until I was happy with the price and hotels. She was always happy and I could hear the smile in her voice over the phone. Such a kind, patient and helpful person who made sure we got the best outcome and kept me updated at every stage. I haven’t booked with a travel agent for many years and Hays was recommended to me by a friend. I will always use Hays from now on after my great experience with Lyndsey as she was so knowledgeable and confident. Lyndsey is a credit to Hays and I have never received such wonderful customer service anywhere.

Lyndsay was really helpful! I came with a vague idea I wanted to go whale watching somewhere. She took some details on the friday and emailed me back the next day, she then rang me up to check I'd got the email through on the sunday which was really kind.
I proceeded to book the Iceland trip with my mum the next friday and she's been really helpful, holding my hand the whole time.

Abigail has been a fantastic contact at Hays Bradford. I've now booked two holidays with her, and she's always cheerful, helpful and has good advice on areas.

First experience of a travel agents, first time booking a family holiday. I was really overwhelmed looking online making sure I got all the details correct. Hays travel was recommended by a friend. Staff was welcoming asked me preferences showed me everything. Gave me a few options of payment. Really happy with my experience they have a customer for life now. highly recommended
