I have utilised the Hays branch now for the last two main holidays . The staff are very knowledgeable and make me feel very welcome on what can be sometimes a stressful experience. On this occasion Jenny from the Braintree branch was a credit to Hays. She understood my needs and was able to get the holiday and flights that we required.
