We book through Jessie in Braintree for all our holidays, she knows exactly what we like and guides us through all our bookings in a very friendly and professional manner.

As always the staff were polite and helpful. We had seen the holiday we wanted (a TUI holiday) but wanted to make sure we weren't missing some other potentially better options.

It ended up that the holiday we had seen was the best choice so Hays price matched the online offer and sorted it all out.

We previously had a flight cancellation while in the US (while we were asleep) and woke up to an email saying that it had happened and they had dealt with it.

Having Hays be the booking agent means that we know there won't be any stress at all.

😃Very helpful and could not do a enough to help

Because of the friendly welcome the service and help we get in Braintree at Hays we have gone back to them for the last three holidays abroad even though we live in Walton on the naze essex. We do have a travel agent in Clacton on sea which is only 20 minutes from us but the service comes no where near what we get in Braintree which is a good hour from where we live. The person who helped with our holiday to Mexico took alot of trouble to find an airline so we could go direct as the holiday required ment changeing plains and we weren't happy to do that.
