Our Prague booking
Our lady who helped us Layla was fantastic…. I booked a short cruise for Xmas and she went through it all with me, explained about different cabins and showed me the differences…. I am not very technical minded so having Layla’s support, guidance was a massive help to me. I love the fact we can still go into a travel agency as to me it’s part of holiday mode….. I’ve used Hays before and will most definitely come back you you guys….thanks for all your help and kindness.

Daisy was efficient but friendly. The whole experience was a good one and we will return for further holidays. We could have booked our holiday online but the personal attention given by Daisy made it a lot easier and less stressful.
