To top it all off, he went above and beyond by using his industry contacts to secure us an upgrade for our special occasion — something we never could have arranged on our own.

My experience with Brendan o'Connor has been top-notch. His attention to detail & communication skills are excellent. We needed a lot of guidance & info which Brendan is providing.
