If I could reward more than 5 stars I would!! This is our 3rd time booking a cruise with Brendan and he has been fantastic. So friendly, patient and efficient. He responds to queries in an extremely timely manner and has often gone above and beyond, helping us out well beyond office hours. We have always felt 100% secure and safe in his bookings, allowing us to truly enjoy our holidays with no hassle or stress. Brendan is professional, organised and extremely helpful. I would never consider booking again without his input. A true gent!
