Brendan’s outstanding trip to Vietnam
Brendan booked us an outstanding trip. We carefully planned and organised 2 weeks travelling around Vietnam with car transfers, internal flights and much more. All the hotels were excellent with Perfect location and standard. Brendan was by the phone at a minutes notice if we had any questions or needed anything changed. Highly recommended!
Brendan was recommended to us by friends who had positive experiences booking cruises with him. Travelling as a party of 7, Brendan made booking our Med cruise very straightforward. Being first time cruisers, no question was ever a trouble and Brendan always responded promptly. All correspondence was dealt with professionally yet with warmth and humour, which we very much appreciated. We would highly recommend Brendan to anyone considering a cruise in future.

Book with Brendan!
Brendan was brilliant, it was our first cruise and was for a special occasion and he organised the whole thing. He picked the cabin as he knew the ship well, gave us loads of advice and all the paperwork was labelled and things to look out for highlighted. Lots of helpful tips and advice. He could not have done more to make it special. Already booked again with him.

Brendan is an absolute star. A credit to the company.
The holiday I was wanting to book was highly sought patter and I had been looking around and been in contact with a number of people and the service was no where near what Brendan provided.
On phoning I didn’t originally get through and Brendan phoned back as soon as he was free and got the booking going as with the cruise being so popular it was ‘quickest fingers first’ we had a lovely chat in the phone and Brendan made me feel at ease and calmed me down from the panic to get it booked before it was snapped away. Booking was an absolute breeze, details were taken with ease and through the process Brendan was friendly and chatty which was so lovely.
I have been in a number of the hats shops and have never received the service that Brendan offered in any off these stores. He is a gem!
He has stayed in contact and has kept me up to date since booking and I can not thank him enough for being so on the ball and personable. I will definitely be asking Brendan to help with future trips!
A big thank you to Brendan who made my day yesterday get this cruise booked after missing out on the trip on Monday due to the Dublin flight no longer being available. I can not wait for my cruise.
Brendon deserves some reigniting not only for his help but for how much you could tell over the phone he loved his job. He definitely deserves a big bonus!!
