Highly recommend , excellent customer service.
The attention to detail and the work put in by Brian was above and behind excellent customer service. He always responded to calls or messages promptly and with answers to quiestions. He has first hand knowledge of many destinations too, which helps support any questions I had about a potential trip. Having for many years self arranged and booked our holidays , I am converted back to using a travel agent and will continue to use Brian to support and manage holiday building and bookings, giving confidence and an ABTA guarantee.
