Very helpful and friendly on both occasions I visited the Bridport office,

Kayleigh very helpful. Listened to what we wanted and then found suitable holidays and hotels for us to choose from. Once we had chosen she booked it quickly and efficiently. All done in no time when I had spent the previous day on line trying to do it myself

The Bridport office is always welcoming ,helpful and efficient. Our recent meeting with Lucy just adds confirmation as she is not only thoroughly helpful but has a friendly manner such as to give a sense of relaxation and comfort

Excellent service. Lucy in the Bridport Office found us an apartment in a resort at a time we asked flying from an airport of our choice. All good until we had to change the date. Lucy then spent time finding two more options for us - ticking all our needs and requests. We decided upon one and she immediately and efficiently did everything for us. Choice made and booked within minuets. We felt very confident leaving the office that our holiday was in safe hands.

Our needs were very complicated requiring co-ordination of local flights / hotels/ two-centres / dates etc etc. Hays Bridport staff could not have been more helpful. In these days of internet etc I just can’t see how AI can possibly replace human beings. The phone call to the holiday company lasted over two hours.

Kayleigh listened to what we were looking for. Helped us find the right holiday to suit us. Was very helpful and answered all our questions.

Friendly assistant, Lucy, knew her way around systems. Completed holiday flights prep without us even asking - saving us time.

Service was good. Very helpful.

Friendly service which was also professional and able to respond to our needs as we are now elderly travellers.

We visited the Bridport branch just to look at options. Lucy was a great help, providing choices and quotes. Once home Lucy followed up via e mail and phone any queries we had. Ticked all the boxes and we have booked a holiday and we are very much looking forward to going away.
