Holiday enquiry at Hays Burnley
Very helpful, above and beyond as I went in to ask about 1 cruise, then later decided to look at another.Charlie, in the Burnley branch, looked for the best deals,when not sure asked one of his colleagues, who was the expert on cruises to advise. Very patient and pleasant, would recommend. The first time we have used them but will definitely be back.

Our agent was wonderful. She was approachable, knowledgeable about locations and was able to find us exactly what we wanted. Georgia was excellent. Polite, friendly and professional.
We discussed several countries and came away with print outs of several hotels so we could have time looking through the details at home. We returned the following day to book our holiday to Agadir.
