Olivia was great wasnt a straight forward booking request for our eurodisney holiday. As was splitting stay in to disney hotel then Newport bay. She made sure each part was booked as we needed. Showed great patience and communication through out the process. Have book with the Bury team on multiple occasions and thry have always made sure they have taken care of everything needed

Spoilt for choice with fabulous options
We booked a city break with Wendy and then asked her for suggestions for a sunshine holiday. She asked about our likes & dislikes and about areas we have travelled to before. Wendy came back with a selection of options….. spoilt for choice we opted for Zante, a new destination for us. All booked up and we will be returning to book one of the other options for later this year.

I was dealt with very well by Wendy at Heys Bury and as I was hoping to be near to my grandsons wedding venue in another country I was found a hotel that was very close and a flight that suited. We walked into Hays Travel shop in Bury for the first time yesterday 23/1/26 were Wendy greeted us very warmly and listened to our request for a holiday in Egypt in March.
After looking at a few hotels we took Wendy’s advice and decided to go with the hotel she said her friends go to every year.
