Hays Travel - Buxton Reviews 

Having had some idea of the holiday I wanted I found Alex very easy to talk to and in focussing in on suitable options. Once I was more clear Alex then gained more precise info. on the various aspects of the holiday I wanted and contacted 2 holiday providers that had attracted me. This eventually led to my finalising my holiday and, eventually, to proceeding with booking it. I had one
subsequent concern which was getting to the airport very early in the morning which Alex helped by advising and booking an overnight hotel room for me adjacent to the airport.

Georgia and Erin in the Buxton branch were excellent. They were both very helpful and got all the information that I’d asked for and emailed it to me within an hour. When I went to book my holiday Erin gave me a lot more info about where we are going.

After explaining what we were looking for, Georgia then forwarded to us a list of holidays that she felt would fit the bill. This allowed us to spend time finalising our choice before going into our local Hays Travel to complete the booking. She also provided good advice about a number of issues that came to light during this consultation. All of this was very much appreciated.

Helpful friendly staff and a good price for the holiday.

Erin was very helpful and knowledgeable and if there was anything we ask that she was unsure of there was always another member of staff willing to help out

What a team nothing to much trouble

Everyone on arrival acknowledged us initially. The shop atmosphere was friendly and after talking to the staff very knowledgeable also.
Alex who we booked with was super professional and the other staff members also interacted and helped in our booking process. Time and patience used and not rushed or pushed at all.
It added to our holiday experience.
As someone who has always used a different provider, this shop and its staff have a convert.

I spoke to Tina on the phone and the next day went in and booked my flight. She explained anything I didn't understand. I left the shop with all my paperwork. She was very professional and patient. I will use Hays travel again.
