I booked a trip to New Zealand with…
I booked a trip to New Zealand with Hsys travel . Explained to them I had never travelled on my own and would like help to sort everything out . I was told on booking my flight with Summer , in front of my sister that I could take 33 kg in my suitcase , When I weighted in at 27kg they said the suitcase was to full and I was only allowed 22kg so I ended up having to pay £153 each way . I rang the travel agency to explain and the lady told me that I would get renburst of my money . Now I have been called a liar the telephone conversation didn’t take place . So I am rather upset over this . Plus I was told by Summer I only had a2 hour wait in sanfrancico for my connection which was not true it was a five hour wait on return also . They are refusing to pay me back my £350 . So no I will never travel with Hays Travel ever again Lynne Hopkins
