From the outset I found the staff at Hay's Travel extremely helpful and knowledgeable.
I had specific requirements regardless my holiday as there were others involved so we had to work around specific dates and flight times etc.
I ended up with exactly what I needed and although had to pay a bit more the package ticked all the boxes and we are very pleased to have everything in place.
The staff are very friendly and nothing was a bother.

Shannon was very helpful, friendly and thoroughly professional throughout the whole process of finding me my perfect cruise option as a single traveller. She researched several different cruises with cabin options and gave me the prices for choosing different cabins as well as researching a selection of dates to find out what was the better time of year for a good deal. She also helped with booking flights to join the cruise and also made several suggestions for an overnight stay prior to the cruise as well as showing me a plan of the airport to reassure me how easy it would be to navigate through the airport on arrival and again on departure. I could not have asked for better service and would have no hesitation booking with this branch again.
