Went in with loads of money came out skint lol we use hays quite often when we go on holiday went to castleford for the day (usually go to Leeds) saw a good deal in their window for a cruise couple of extras on when we went in but not too extreme the staff in Hays are always very pleasant and helpful when it comes round to checking in they do it all for you nothing to worry about

We always go to the same shop and they even know us by name very helpful and always advise us on best places to visit the castleford branch is wonderful everyone is so friendly

Know Claire very well, we have booked past holidays with her. Very friendly, helpful and professional.

We went into store to see if we could find a last minute deal for the end of this month after seeing that one we had our eye on went up in price! Chelsea managed to find the exact same holiday, for the same dates, cheaper than what we had just seen it! She was very professional and friendly, very helpful and informative. We booked and were happy! We went with our 2 young children who were quite bored whilst we went through all our holiday details, however…Hannah to the rescue! She entertained both children even though she didn’t need to! They loved the boat made out of 2 chairs, my son especially loved looking through the magazine with Hannah. My son has trouble with his speech yet Hannah made it look easy to communicate with him! He was comfortable in her company and that made us feel at ease when concentrating on our booking. We absolutely will book again in store rather than online just based on out experience on the 13/06/2026. Thank you so much Chelsea and Hannah!

We had a fantastic booking experience with Claire in the Castleford branch. Claire was very friendly, helpful, had masses of knowledge and very accommodating. I would definitely recommend going in and sitting down with an advisor in this shop to get you your next great holiday deal!

Always the same great service, friendly cheerful staff, make you feel in holiday mode as soon as you walk through the door! Always give you different options not just the first thing that comes up. Have used the Castleford branch for many years with great success Claire is a genius and a joy to deal with as are all the staff there.
