Extremely patient and knowledgeable staff
As always the staff were really friendly. We were there for two hours - we didn't feel rushed at all. The member of staff spent time showing us all aspects of the holiday to ensure it was what we wanted. She ensured the holiday was as cheap as possible - checking different dates and airports. We booked everything there and then - hotel, flights, car park and insurance. It was all made really easy with no stress at all.

We sat down with Lucy and Ellie who helped us to find the right Christmas getaway for us at a price we were happy to pay.

Gift vouchers from franchises
I wanted to buy gift vouchers and when one voucher had been purchased I was told that they could only be used at that branch ( a franchise) The vouchers were for family who do not live locally therefore they were no use so I did not purchase the others I wanted.
This should have been pointed out to me BEFORE I bought them.
