Less than happy
Visited Hays travel and discussed where we wanted holiday but the shop closed before finalised. Left my wife's contact details as I would be at work the following day.I was contacted at work and offered a holiday and a price.On returning to the store after work and agreeing to the holiday the price had increased approx £850.The member of staff didn't seem to be on top of there job.Not a very professional andconfidence inspiring experience.

Staff are friendly and know their stuff very informative about location, resorts etc.
They helped us with everything from booking to printing tickets.
Jo explained everything and gave some good tips on things to do on the different locations, really helpful and put our minds to rest about our holiday.
