From the minute we walked into the shop we were greated with a smile and offered a seat. We knew what we wanted and were dealt with efficiently and informed of extras that we could book to our benefit. By the time we left we were extremely happy and felt reassured. it's really important having the right people in the job , and you got that right with Bradley, he had a fantastic customer connection with us , and we were made to feel at ease so we could voice comfortable input from the start , he loved his job that shone through, he was very informative, we did not feel rushed he went the extra mile to get it right , his customer service was excellent!! And secured a booking !!!
