Excellent service from the Chester branch...friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. The booking process was swift and the price for our 7 day Norwegian cruise package was excellent value. All travel documents are available on the Hayes app so easily to hand should you need them. We will definitely book again in the future.

We had a holiday for 2027 to Turkey in…
We had a holiday for 2027 to Turkey in mind. We visited thr Chester Store and chatted to Semani (Turkish lady). She was excellent, efficient and friendly. She price matched the holiday with the Jet2 website. She also gave us support inf eg printing documents nearer the time. We chose Hays because we could pay a deposit and pay the balance later. An excellent experience!

I presented the agent with a difficult task as I didn’t know exactly what kind of holiday I wanted to book. She offered extremely helpful, patient and professional advice and support and I left having booked an exciting surprise break for my husband’s 80th celebration!
