Leanne was amazing, right from the moment I walked in the store she couldn’t do enough, listened to exactly what I wanted and took the time to find the holiday with a coffee included! There was no pressure to book there and then but I left my details and she emailed the holiday info over to me and followed it up with a phone call to make sure I’d received it. I’m definitely glad I popped into Hays Travel as I would have never found the holiday myself so thank you.

Fantastic service. Davena found us the perfect short notice cruise to South America and added a 3 night extra stay so we could visit Machu Pichou which was not included in the cruise we wanted. All extra flights and hotel arranged and the price worked out only slightly more than the original cruise. I would definitely recommend this travel agent over booking online.

I was greeted with a friendly smile as soon as I walked in. Sara was professional, personable& very knowledgeable & helped me choose the perfect destination for my budget. I felt nothing was too much trouble, I would definitely recommend a visit & would book there again without hesitation.
