Made sure we got exactly what we wanted, with some great advice.

We always book with hays in Chippenham. We find the staff are welcoming and makes a lovely and easy way to book with them. They are patient and informative with lots of ideas of a holiday to suit you.

Sarah was a great help, giving us great insight and advice when deciding on our holiday.

The whole booking process was smooth and clearly explained by Sarah , all of the details for excursions etc was explained but no pressure to book them there and then.

Grace was outstanding, she understood our needs and found us the perfect holiday. Second of many holidays we will be booking with Hays Chippenham. Sarah, Grace, Emma and Karen are brilliant. Thank you!!

I came to the office with an outline plan for a trip and left it with Grace to explore possibilities. 2 days later i had an email with fully fleshed out plan for flights, transfers and hotel. I went back to the office the same day and completed the booking.

I usually book package holidays on line for me and my wife, but wanted to book a city break including a flight and hotel for just myself, not available through any of the mainstream companies. So I decided to try Hays travel in town (Chippenham). Sarah could not have been more helpful and reassuring, going through the booking process step by step with me. Now looking forward to my first solo trip to Prague later in the year.

I went into the agency just to make some enquies and leff having booked a cruise.
The staff went out of their way to find a holiday right for us. They were helpful and kind and there was no pressure for us to book.

Grace in the Chippenham branch is very helpful. We have booked and had 3 vacations with her last year. Upon that success we have booked 4 vacations which are going to start soon. we have also just booked 5 vacations with her for next year. We feel very confident with her service and nothing is to much of a problem.

Another fantastic service by Sarah J. Gave her dates and the hotel that we wanted to stay in for a trip to Thailand, and she was able to put together a brilliant package. All booked and can’t wait to go.
