Sarah is extremely helpful and a very plesent lady to deal with, as is all the staff I have dealt with.

Sarah was really lovely and very helpful. She answered all our questions and was so helpful in helping me and my friend book a fantastic holiday. She gave us her full attention and explained everything very clearly. I would not hesitate to book again, and I will be telling all my family and friends about Hay's Travel and there first class assistant.

Excellent service from Sarah at Hays as always. Have used Sarah for all our holiday requirements for 15+ years and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Knows her stuff and very friendly . Nothing is ever a problem

First time booking a cruise. Found the staff to be very helpful and informative. Looking forward to dealing with them again in future . However since the original review my booking was incorrectly missbooked. This was down to the people that actually made the booking resulting in the cancellation of the trip. The staff tried very hard to get things sorted but couldn’t. Very disappointed . A word of warning to future hays customers. If your agent tries to use Vista to make your booking think very,very carefully about proceeding

Very helpful staff,cheerful,polite & very patient. Took their time finding the holiday that suited our needs. Kept us informed at all times when we couldn't decide which holiday to book. We finally found the rite one .everything was straight forward. We are now looking forward to our holiday. We always use Hays .

Megan was very pleasant and helpful, fairly new to the travel industry, she was able to answer all our questions, and booked the holiday we wanted.

Always a good experience. Boards outside are dangerous...went into to sort a few details for one already booked holiday, walked out having booked another.

Great staff, very helpful, meghan in the Chippenham branch sorted us out a lovely holiday , and another colleague, sorry can’t remember her name , organised the assistance for my nearly blind husband and booked the seats etc . Great personal service for the second time , we will be back to book again.

Excellent all round service from Sarah Jolife as per usual . Very professional.

We were helped by an apprentice who listened carefully to our requests and very efficiently found us a holiday We were happy to book. She sought help when required to ensure she was doing everything correctly and was supported well by a more experienced member of staff. I am sure she will become a valued member of staff as the more senior member must also be. Thank you.
