Always a pleasure going into Chippenham shop, not only to book a holiday but to see all the staff as well, always welcoming and smiling faces. Emma booked our holiday yesterday, giving us lots of advice. Thanks everyone.

I usually book package holidays on line for me and my wife, but wanted to book a city break including a flight and hotel for just myself, not available through any of the mainstream companies. So I decided to try Hays travel in town (Chippenham). Sarah could not have been more helpful and reassuring, going through the booking process step by step with me. Now looking forward to my first solo trip to Prague later in the year.

I went into the agency just to make some enquies and leff having booked a cruise.
The staff went out of their way to find a holiday right for us. They were helpful and kind and there was no pressure for us to book.

Grace in the Chippenham branch is very helpful. We have booked and had 3 vacations with her last year. Upon that success we have booked 4 vacations which are going to start soon. we have also just booked 5 vacations with her for next year. We feel very confident with her service and nothing is to much of a problem.

Another fantastic service by Sarah J. Gave her dates and the hotel that we wanted to stay in for a trip to Thailand, and she was able to put together a brilliant package. All booked and can’t wait to go.
