Hays were really helpful and friendly
Hays were really helpful in finding us our dream holiday to Disneyland Paris. They took all the stress out of booking and were responsive to all our emails and questions. The hays agent who helped us went above and beyond to make things fit our budget and even did the leg work of sitting on hold with Disney on the phone so we didn't have to! We will definitely use hays again for our future trips.

A friendly one-stop holiday travel agency.
Sarah was extremely helpful in tailoring our holiday booking, and also made valid suggestions. She knew our destination from personal experience which helped. She was professional, listened to our requirements, efficient and provided a friendly service. There was no ‘hard sell pressure. Hays really is a ‘one-stop’ holiday travel agency that takes the stress out of booking a holiday. I highly recommend Hays and have used them now for several holiday bookings.
