A shout out to Lauren at Hays. A big thank you for all of your help, support, knowledge and patience. Following poor customer care from Tui and our Christmas holiday cancelled with just 48 hours notice, we visited Hays with the hope that another holiday could be found. Lauren was so professional and knowledgeable and worked tirelessly to secure us an alternative- which we loved. Thank you Lauren. Hays are so lucky to have such a dedicated member of staff.

We came back to book with jade at the Chorley store she was extremely helpful and honest.

after the poor review i recently posted i was contacted by a member of staff who was very apologetic and offered to contact the airline to see if they could help, i was offered alternatives hotels but i finaly decided to stay in the original one, it is a great hotel called Mont Park, not many at that price offer 2 bedrooms, i will put up wth the hill, Hays are a great agents with lovely staff, thank Jade for your help,x

i called into hays travel in chorley on the 19/01/2026 and spoke to carrie about a holiday i wanted to book for me my daughter and two grand children it was a special holiday for me as i would be turning 70 years old while we where away the hotel i wanted to book was the ponient marinada in salou the price she quoted me was £2662.00 flying from manchester on the 12/06/2026 for 7 nights all inclusive i couldn't book it there and then as i needed to speak to my daughter. i called back on the friday morning 24/01/2026 ad spoke to carrie that i wanted to book the holiday and was flabergasted that the holiday had gone upto £2953.80 she said this some times happens. i did book the holiday as she said it could go up again. i am just a bit upset that she didn't explain this to me on monday if she had i would have tried to contact my daughter while in the shop and if she was happy with the hotel i would have booked it there and then and saved my self over £300 which would. have been spending money.

Excellent advice. No pressure or time constraints to buy the holiday. The staff were very helpful patient and pleasant.

Having booked a holiday through Carrie at Hays Travel it was an easy decision to return and seek her help again this year. She is extremely knowledgeable in what she does and listens to our requirements before we all finally agree on what is the best choice for us. She is a star and we trust her.
