Went to Clydebank shop to enquire about a cruise. Ceilidh was very knowledgeable and helpful. We left with the cruise that we wanted booked for next year.

We have been dealing with ceilidh for 3 to 4 wks and she is amazing. Very .knowledgable and has the patience of a saint with us lol. Finally booked our cruise and couldn't be happier

Service was great

They went over everything with us and was very efficent and made it easy to book up, answerd all our conserns and was helpfull.

On entering the shop we were greeted by a smiling face who went by the name of Katie. It soon became clear she knew how to make customers relax and asked all the relevant questions l expect. Before long we were booked up for the holiday we wanted with no fuss questions needed to be asked. Was an extremely straight forward and pleasant experience.

My husband and I were drawn into the agency after seeing a river cruise advertised on the window. The staff member Ceilidh who dealt with us was superb. Very friendly, polite and extremely knowledgeable. She spent about an hour answering all of our questions, and checking out our requests and options. The cruise leaves from Tilbury Cruise Port which from Glasgow is not straightforward to reach. However she persevered and found us the best and most cost effective way to get there.
Excellent service. This is a very nice travel agency. All of the staff are friendly and very eager and willing to help customers. Highly recommend Hays Travel Clydebank, for whatever type of holiday you’re looking for.

I was very anxious as I've never took my kids abroad and i will be taking them by myself. Carol in Hays was amazing and looked for something to suit myself and my kids. She was very friendly and got me the best deal for my needs. I told Carol my kids are both autistic so she put that in my booking. This will help in the airport to make the experience not so overwhelming for them. She's a star ✨️
