I was very anxious as I've never took my kids abroad and i will be taking them by myself. Carol in Hays was amazing and looked for something to suit myself and my kids. She was very friendly and got me the best deal for my needs. I told Carol my kids are both autistic so she put that in my booking. This will help in the airport to make the experience not so overwhelming for them. She's a star ✨️

I popped in one afternoon and Katie helped us first, and very helpful too, but was off sick and Donna picked it up from there. She was so helpful looking through lots of options to suit my granddaughters needs. She found us a great holiday at a great price, thanks Donna

Ceilidh was very helpful and shared her experiences of both the ship and destination.

Had a good experience with hays and Ceilidh was really informative and got me the best price. Hays were the most professional and least pushy of the agents in the shopping centre. Ceilidh still provided a great service as it took me a couple of weeks from initial contact from researching to find what i exactly needed. In store Ceilidh knew her stuff about cruise ships and took time to explain about the ship and also the excursions. She had a great knowledge. I normally book trips myself but in future will look at hays to see if they can find me anything better.

Looking for Tenerife for a break going back to the same hotel we used in May. Carol was great found the hotel and got us great flight times. Very helpful and knowledgeable can't thank her enough

Staff are wonderful, attentive and so trustworthy. Cannot thank the whole team enough!!

Katie was really friendly and it was a team effort with all agents offering additional advice. They were collectively well informed. Not a criticism of the staff but only downside is they didn't have a P&O brochure to give specifics of the ship so we had to google it on our phones.

The service was great and I came home and recommended my parents to go and book today!

Donna was very helpful and found the right holiday that suited us. She gave us good advice and explained everything in detail. She also followed up with a call to make sure we were happy with everything.

I found Katie in the clydebank branch to be not only helpful and courteous but also friendly and willing to help with any questions I had.

Donna was pleasant on our arrival, made us feel very welcome and relaxed.
During our search for a holiday she took her time to explain everything concerned times, dates, hotel information and flights no stone left unturned which came across very nicely.
She was so helpful once we had decided on our holiday she explained to us all about the paperwork and printed everything out for us got our seats booked and checked us in and left us with nothing to but arrive at the airport, she also dealt with Hannah having a disability and completed that paperwork on that as well. Donna 10/10 for every detail Thanks Colin and Hannah
